We r almost at the same time line...
I submitted on 15th Jan... Got medical and other docs request on March 18th... Did medical on 22nd Mar.. Submitted all requested docs on 17th Apr..
Application transferred to LVO on 17th May...
Since then no news

I am getting frustrated with this whole paperwork thingy honestly... it's such bullshit.

when you filed, did you tick the option (Are you living togather)?

I received PFL asking for timeline of last divorce. When making timeline I noticed that the dates on Divorce certificate by UC and Divorce deed are all messed up and I am not able to make a proper timeline from that.
I contacted Union Council and they said we will need to make a new certificate with correct dates.
My question is - If I send LVO a new divorce certificate and divorce deed with correct dates will my case become more complicated ?

If you havent provided the old divorce cert, it wont mess up anything...

Always make sure that the docs you provide are always sync in terms of dates and names etc

Medical Passed - July 20th 2018
Background Check Started - July 23rd 2018

I guess from now on I will not hear anything for a long long time lol

AOR Mississauga: September 21, 2017

Sponsor Status Approval: December 8, 2017

Medical request date: December 8, 2017

Medical done: December 19, 2017

PCC and Schedule A request date: December 13, 2017

File Transferred to LVO: January 17, 2018

In process at LVO: January 24, 2018

Haven't heard a thing since the email saying our file has been transferred to LVO. Hoping this is a good sign. (prayer hands)

Where do you noted this line "in process at LVO"
My file also transferred to LVO but syill in process line is not appeared

It's better u hire a lawyer and get through everything nicely..
My case is quite similar to urs. My lawyers are pace law firm in Toronto.
They filed my case and things are smooth Alhamdullilah.
Waiting for approval..

Nah more like 12-18 months for Pakistanis.
Rest of the world its like 6 months

I think you will need to file spousal application and include the child as dependent. During this process you need to remain in Canada (around 12 months) which can be tough considering you have a 6 months old child.

Maybe you can try to apply for visit visa of your husband and child, if they are lucky to get it you can take them with you. Once you are in Canada you can file marriage and ask for open work permit for your husband. After this you can apply for permanent resident card which can take 1+ year however the good thing in this case is that your husband and child will be with you.

His 2nd medical done was on 15 December 2016 after that we got to know that his file stuck in BGC which has no time line and my MP got to know in may 2018 that everything is done like eligibility criminality only security verifications are in process. In july when everything is done he got his medical.
This is his 3rd medical when everything has been passed.
