How do I contact LVO directly? Im still not asked for schedule A which is weird, and I was told that medical request has been mailed to my husband to Abu Dhabi on March 7 but still he hasn't received it. My file was transferred on march 15 LVO. My husband sent a represintative form through webform IRCC so I can call and enquire about his medical request, they sent him an email and told him to contact LVO.

Aoa everyone.

I am in the process of applying for my wife's visa. I have a couple of questions if anyone can provide the answers to it.

1- I have the Original Nikha Nama in Urdu, its English Translation and the NADRA Marriage certificate. Do i have to provide photo copies for all 3 documents? I have attested the Translation from Oath Commissioner, do i have to attest the Urdu Nikkah Nama as well? Also do i need to attest these from Foreign Office?

2- Do i have to submit educational documents of my wife as well? I dont see anywhere where it says we have to. There are many people on the forum who have submitted the documents. I am confused here.

HSP402, Can you please share how you structured the email (I'm assuming it was an email) and what was your question for the query to ldn immigration and how long it took them to reply?

N0t a query, just send them RPRF fees receipt and asked them for acknowledgement. They provide acknowledgement along with my status. I submitted RPRF fees by myself, they didnt ask.

You cannot call LVO, however you can:

1) email LVO
2) send a case specific enquiry to LVO from cic website.

1) As per my checklist in Sep-2017, we were supposed to provide photocopies of everything except for police certificate. So as we provided certified attested photocopies of all urdu nikkah nama, eng trans and marriage certificate. Please refer to your current checklist.

2) Even i dont remember reading it in the checklist but i did submit copies of my education certificate and a letter from current employer as an evidence of the info that i filled in the forms.

Yeah ordered them 20th March. Expecting them this Tuesday due to Easter.

You need to inform LVO as soon as possible that you are residing in Dubai, so they should schedule your interview in UAE.
