Hello Everyone,
Have a couple of questions and was hoping to get some help here!
Q1. So right now, I'm based in Montreal as I'm attending school here! I get done in May and am moving to Toronto for work beginning of June. Along with my spouse's PR application, I am also submitting my job offer letter. Because of this reason, I'm trying to bypass the Quebec processing of the application. Can anyone guide me on how to go about this? In my residential and mailing address, should I be putting in an address for Toronto?
Q2. Since my Nikaah (the wedding) was only about a week ago, I cannot submit the '1 document from 3 sets' section from Part 7 of checklist as I have to answer NO to been married for 2 years question. Any idea on how to go about this since we dont have any joint financials yet!
Q3. Any tips on how to submit the pictures? Can i put 20 of them on a word document and write the description etc below or it HAS to be at the back of the pages?
I'm just starting this process - currently looking at the forms so any other tips would be more than welcome!!
Thank you!!
I can only give answer for your Q3. yes you can put photos in a word document and write description below. Also 20 photos are not enough send at least 50.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office
I will try to give my perspective on the ones i can
1) Best would be to apply when u get to toronto and actually start living there. One thing iv always read and learnt from on this forum is never to misrepresent or lie to CIC about nything. Trust me they can figure it out one way or another and make ur process extremely complicated and a mess. My personal advice, if you want to bypass the quebec processing please apply in June and then put Toronto address. You may see what others have to advise u.
2) i applied in sept 2016 so our forms did not have this stuff. Im sorry i cannot guide you on this. Maybe someone else can
3) Back when i applied there were no rules/instructions in the forms on how to exactly lable the pictures. So i printed photos on a word document and wrote the description below. Unless CIC forms has instructions SPECIFYING to label photos at the back or in some other way, you mayb use the word document labeling method.
Other tips:
1) Make sure you arrange the forms and evidence in the order mentioned on the checklist.
2) Make sure you keep a copy of the entire pack you have sent
3) send originals ONLY where asked.
4) follow CIC guidelines and instructions religiously
5) Never try to write anything which is not the truth at the time of application.
6) Make sure you send photos containing u and spouse signing the nikkah nama, rukhsati (clearly with either quran over bride head or of you both sitting in the car/getting out of it, bride hugging family in rukhsati, valima pics. Event pics shud include family photos of you both with ur in laws and ur own family and a few with guests. If possible send them any post or pre marriage meet ups or outings of u and ur spouse either alone or with your families.
7) Make sure to include social media checkins or posts/uploaded photos between you and your spouse in communication proof
8) Include all wedding venue and shopping receipts where you can.
9) Make sure you provide a English translated and notarized version of ur Urdu nikkah nama if this has been asked by CIC in the new guidelines.
All the best.

New application kit specifically indicates a maximum of 20 photographs and a maximum of 10 pages of communication proof. Should adhere to these guidelines.

What's is the address to send documents ( like schedule A and police certificate) to missisagua office? Is it same as where you send your application when you apply?
