You should here something very soon your a July applicant so they are working on July files. Order your notes to see what it says that's the best way to judge how your file is doing.

Quick question: Trying to request GCMS notes for my spouses application. Is the Client ID number for the principal applicant the same as the Client ID number for the sponsor aka me?

nope different client id's for PA and sponsor. If you don't have PA's client ID than just give file number

I hope everyone is well. I received a message from on mycic. It says, you must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence.

You must submit one copy of this letter including updated information chart in appendix A

Passport or photocopy of passport.

2 photos of yourself.

Submit documents to our office in Islamabad.

I am thinking this is PPR?

Mycic still reads in progress under eligibility and background check. It also says additional documents requested. Also under final decision it says your file is in progress.

Guidance is appreciated

Hello Everyone,

Have a couple of questions and was hoping to get some help here!

Q1. So right now, I'm based in Montreal as I'm attending school here! I get done in May and am moving to Toronto for work beginning of June. Along with my spouse's PR application, I am also submitting my job offer letter. Because of this reason, I'm trying to bypass the Quebec processing of the application. Can anyone guide me on how to go about this? In my residential and mailing address, should I be putting in an address for Toronto?

Q2. Since my Nikaah (the wedding) was only about a week ago, I cannot submit the '1 document from 3 sets' section from Part 7 of checklist as I have to answer NO to been married for 2 years question. Any idea on how to go about this since we dont have any joint financials yet!

Q3. Any tips on how to submit the pictures? Can i put 20 of them on a word document and write the description etc below or it HAS to be at the back of the pages?

I'm just starting this process - currently looking at the forms so any other tips would be more than welcome!!
