Application was received on the 12th of October. They started 'processing' application on the 19th and decision was made/communicated to him on the 26th of October.

This is what my, .i.e. PA application status looks like:

fs2015, Insha-Allah you will get PPR soon. Could you please help me brother, I have a question for you.

My wife got Re-med request on Sept 13 via email sent from New Delhi Medical office. She got Re-med done on Oct 19 at Karachi IOM. Then surprisingly on November 2 she got an email from LVO stating that the "application has been processed to the stage where medical examination results are now required". LVO attached imm 1017e to the email and gave instructions to complete medical in 30days.

When she did re-medical on Oct 19, Karachi IOM informed her the results will go directly to New Delhi and they just gave her a payment invoice and nothing else. Now we are wondering who should we contact to get the medical results forwarded to LVO. Is there a medical completion reference number or something we can email to LVO?

I see fs2015, wazim87, flx2015, fastnzy all got re-medical request (from New Delhi I assume) in mid Sept, around the same time my wife did.
Could these membe rs please comment on their experience with re-medical and guide me on what to do next. I would really appreciate it.

Inform LVO at e-mail address and via CSE that you already did the re-medical according to the instruction sent from New Delhi, please attach the payment invoice you got from IMO as a proof. In the subject line write, "Urgent- Re-medical received twice" or something similar that looks appropriate to you.

In my case, I received re-med request from LVO.

Good luck, it looks you are close to the finish line .

I am PR living in toronto.
I got my Nikkah in May and the marriage is next year July
all documents in the document checklist are obtained
pcc
birth certificates
nikah nama registered english
lot of ceremony pictures with family and friends/
Logs of chats and calls for proofs of relationship
etc. etc.

want to apply for my wife's immigration.

Please help with your advises.
also do you guys recommend a good consultant?

Better to apply right after your wedding in July. I don't think you need a consultant provided you have enough time to read the guidelines and forms yourself. Be true to CIC.

My ecas status is showing Decicion Made on the sponsor side and the applicant sides.. what does that mean? I didnt receive any notification from CIC...

So apparently I didn't realize there were two places we could check our online status. There's the ECAS which shows 'in process' and I believe that's what you have access to. Then there's a GC-key where you can create your account and it shows the details I mentioned earlier. I am pasting the link here that you can follow to create your account

I can't be a 100% sure honestly, I didn't know the ECAS was a separate portal from the GC-key. I've been confused for the longest time. My best guess would be the 3rd of Nov though because that's when it says they started processing my application. Sorry! :$
