salam to all ,iam a PR of Canada I recently had nikah ceremony in Pakistan but iam wondered about sponsoring my wife on nikah basis (I had registered nikah nama ,nikah and ring ceremony pics and our photo-shoot but no casual pics,her passport and id card is on my name and address )

PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Brother don't apply this time coz canadian embassy don't accept nikkah one of my relative applied back in 2011 she had interview but they didn't give her visa her file still under process they accept nikkah plus rukhsati plus some evedance like hunny moon pics etc

Gather all your documents by following guidelines/steps on cic website and submit your complete application. It is your responsibility how would you like to present your case, include as much information as you can on spouse questionnaire forms and indicate London visa office on your immigration form, pics with relatives, proofs, etc submit all the requested documents.

thanks usmanali and kashi for ur suggestions but iam not going to tell them that its just nikah like show them as a wedding whicj is wedding as per Pakistani law so ........??

Please pray that they will make it easy for us and may they also request his Pass Port.
