Update: We have email today for ( for wife ) additional docs. request:
1. Appendix A - i believe my wife lists her parents, brothers, sisters. Thats all right?
2. Personal History - it does not specify how far back to go for listing previous addresses and emloyers. I assume every previous address and employer?
3. Entry / Exit Korea
* All this has to be couriered right? Not emailed?
The Appendix A they sent me only required the applicant, his/her spouse and any children. The VO said it was okay to just email that back to him. Don't know about the other docs, but you may want to reply to their email and ask if they need originals or if emails are okay. They will respond.
IF anyone can point me "roughly" to which, of the 80 pages, the discussion about the importance of a proper CBC/police check, that would be great!
I'll try to compile all this info once I have it so everyone doesn't have to search through 80+ pages (but may do so at their leisure to find more hints).
If not, I'll go through it myself but I won't have time for that for a few more days.
Use the sample form they provide as a guide. The important thing is to make sure the police search "Criminal History", "Investigative History" and "Lapsed Records", otherwise your search will be incomplete and CIC will ask you to submit a new one.

Please be advised that the application is in queue for security and criminality assessment by the Visa Officer. The applicant’s medical result is valid until 18 February 2014. When finalized, the visa package will be sent to the specified mailing address on file.
Hopefully it's done by February but apparently, if the application is close to being completed, they have the option to use what is on file if a medical check has passed its expiry date (1-2 months allowance from what I've been told).
I have no idea why they need. All of the info. is already on submitted forms. The good thing is it's easy enough to fill out and send back. And we now know our appl. is just about done. The email went to both of us. The letter states to send original docs. I guess the entry/exit cannot be email, etc.
* I sent Manila an email to see if emailed docs. are ok. Waiting for a reply.
Will be couriering the above tomorrow since original forms are required. The next email from Manila will be COPR. Does COPR arrive by email or snail mail?
Appendix A: On the bottom left corner of the form there is a box with: " address where visa package can be sent by courier". Does this mean COPR? or PR Card?

You only get the COPR papers in the mail.
When you do the official landing with COPR to become a PR, the immigration officer will send your app for PR card, and it comes in the mail 30-60 days later.

No further emails, but your online status should go to "Decision Made" when they complete your app. If you didn't do an interview, then basically that means PR was approved so you would expect COPR in the mail 1-2 weeks later.

Appendix A: do we put everyone on one form. A letter we have states" each person complete his her own form " but form has sections for applicant, spouse, child
I'll be sending off what I hope are the last docs. to Manila tomorrow. Then waiting for COPR. This should be my final post on here. Thanks to everyone for helping out on here. Good Luck.
