Sponsoring Child

I have recently moved from US to Canada as a PR. I am an Indian Citizen. I have 2 kids both are US citizens. When I got PR in FSW class in 2014 our second child was not born then, so my wife, my first child and I have PRs. I am filling out forms to sponsor my second one. When I fill the form IMM008, instructions say that I should fill out details only for the dependent who does not have PR yet, not for someone who already has PR. So my question is Do I have to fill my details under Applicant details and add my child's details under dependent section or should I fill my child's details under Applicant section.

While filling up the form "Sponsorship Evaluation IMM5481E" I am not sure about my answers for item number 5B and 6B...

5B --- Previous Undertaking : I am now sponsoring only for my second child. However, my first one and my wife were already included when I applied for my PR initially. When I referred the "IMM 008 DEPENDENT" form from my initial PR application, I had mentioned 3 which included, myself, my wife and my first child. So, should I write 2 (for my wife and my first child) or just 1 (for my first child - who also has a PR) because my wife is an adult and already got her PR as well and the form had autofilled "1" on Item 4 for myself

6B --- Regarding other family members whether or not living with me but financially dependent

I am supporting my aged parents financially back home in India who are not PRs but I am intending to get them a Super-Visa / PR (eventually) in future. Do I have to mention about them now, if yes. What additional documents should I provide?

If you all immigrated under an economic immigration program, you have no previous undertaking. They were dependants of the principal applicant, in this case, you.

Not sure about 6B. I don't think that they are considered to be "family members" for these purposes. Check the definitions in the instructions guide.
