Yes, if you have not already received the PR and he withdraws the application which is the right thing to do if the marriage has dissolved or else it would be deemed as a marriage of convenience.

No. You're good to go. As long as it was rightfully issued with no fraud involved, then you get to keep your status. Be mindful that he will be owed any amounts you incur from government assistance for the first 3 years of sponsorship so whatever you collect, he'll has to repay. Just a reminder of your undertaking agreement. It doesn't get revoked if divorce takes place.
Actually separate point here - usually under Canadian law you'd be expcted to divorce where you both habitually reside, BUT that's only my way of saying I've no idea about the divorce side, get proper advice, etc. (I have no idea whether there'd be any issue with doing it outside of Canada if both reside here - and different matter if one of you resides in Indian usually).
My above was meant only to reply to the question about PR status.

Sorry for confusion, I was stating that 'as if' to the OP but replied to yours, not really proper etiquette on my part.
Anyway just making point (for OP) that comments here only about PR aspect of divorce - and if there are legal implications of getting divorced in India, that's up to OP/ex-spouse to be careful about.
