I have spoken to them and they are very nice, the lady there told me I should send just a couple clients, tax return and translated Bank Statments.
I'm using a translator in Brazil and with some luck will be sending them everything next week.

I got the letter form HR but they are not mentioning the job main duties as my supervisor has left the University and there are no details about him in the University so I cannot contact him.
Can some one advise me if I can submit the HR letter without the duties ?
I am facing a similar situation with my experience letter. Its against our company HR policy to disclose job duties for the positions held during my tenure in that role. I submitted the way it is, however, my HR was kind enough to state that clearly in my letter. Additionally, I sent them my performance appraisal copies for all years which details out job responsibilities if they would consider that. I havent yet heard back, but just wanted to share what I did if that helps you in any way. If you take a different approach and get through it, please let me know so I can do the same.
There are a few differences, as an example: you dont need EE profile to get OID and OID is paper based, and takes 12-18 month to get processed after nomination.
