my education is B.E (Electronics) having exp in same field
with noc code 2133 category 'A', this under licencing in SINP my profile also closely match with 2144 but category in 'B'

should i also apply with NOC 2144 ???

NOC 2144 - would be the only choice then, otherwise you will have to get a required licencing, if you won't get and apply they would reject your application, they done it to many guys here.

When you say write names in native language, what do you mean? I am from India and I wrote not applicable for that field. Should I be worried?

I am also from India and my native language is Gujarati. So I wrote my parents and sibling name in Gujarati. Again you can upload the document with write down in ur native lang where it needs.
