Hi All,
I have done B.Tech in Electronics & Comm but align to 2173 code. Do I still qualify for CIPS certification related to SINP even if bachelor is not done in Computer Engg.
I have 12+ years exp in IT field.

I think you can't apply for NOC 2173. Your educational qualification is not matching with their expected qualification about that.

Most probably No. SINP doesn't recognize less than 1 year Course. For more clarification you can check/ask these links :-

Hi everyone,
I received a VALID PERMANENT job offer and approval from LMO. I have few questions...
1. The job offer I received is not relevant to my 10 years of work experience.
2. I did not upload the settlement fund (do they need proof of fund if I have a VALID PERMANENT JOB OFFER)
3. I did not get the payment screen but it went through and received AOR from them and it is IN PROCESS stage.
However I have uploaded all the documents.
Please somebody clarify...

I Had A Question Is That 3 Years Ago I Applied For USA Visitor And Visa And I The Form My Lawyer And Not Represent My Bachelor And Degree And Written I Have Not Done And Higher Education Then High School When Infact I Did Have A Bachelor Degree.Will This Cause Problem In My PR File As I've Heard Canada Checks With USA.
