I applied on Jan 1. Now my Application shows "In Progress". How long does it remain in this status? And what is the next status? Can anyone kindly inform

Someone from last year said he wrote sinp to know why he is still in process and they told him they are working to verify informations he submitted with his documents. He never received any adr. What do you think he should do?
Ask them where they need help?
Should he do that?

i have applied on 1st jan-18 in OID SINP ,But still the status is in Application received, can any one suggest me for further moves

We have 7 clb in listening n writing but 8 clb in speaking n reading n our point is 59 out of 60 for SINP . Should I apply for SINP. If they will consider 8 clb then our point will raise around 61 n our job title also in demand list noc 2121 biologist n related scientist pls help me n guide me
