Yeah I read that somewhere about the 6 months. But previously 90% of SINP candidates got their nomination in less than 3 months. So I think there is something going on in the back door.
Whose papers are complex, they are often late.

There is something more than the regular causing the delays, maybe their changing their processing time to take a longer period like some other provinces, or they yet to fully realize it a new year and we have to move on............

what's your NOC, please share? Mine is 1225, also Jan intake, also waiting
 
6 months from date of Application submission.
 
One more thing, this is not a hard and fast rule, but general trend.

After 6 months, you can send complaint email to Sask Immigration Minister. If confident
