Been waiting for an update since I submitted on Jan 4th......got a request for additional information on March 28 submitted requested information on April 5 and my status did not change from "waiting on applicant" to "in process" til May 03 when I sent a follow up email. To date still no decision yet and what's worse my NOC has been removed from the in demand list. Utterly frustrated sitting and waiting my only hope now will be re do ielts test and hope to get an ITA or hope the lower the CRS below the 400 mark to at least 380? To the seniors here do you project that the crs will go below 400?

They requested parental consent from non accompanying spouse and updated POF. One of the bank statements used was dated because I have been preparing for submission from last year. The only reservation I have is that one of the supporting bank statement did not explicitly say the length of time the funds have been on account as the bank has a specific template that they used. Only 4k on this account though so I was hoping that it won't be an issue since the amount on this account is not as material..........the wait is unbearable! But as the adagrsay "good thing come to those who wait
As of June 6, 2017, candidates in the Express Entry pool who have a sibling in Canada may obtain additional points under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). Another change involves additional points being awarded to candidates with proven French ability. These improvements to Express Entry are the latest to come from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), with a more dynamic Express Entry system now the main driver of economic immigration to Canada.
Candidates in the Express Entry pool with a sibling in Canada may be awarded 15 additional CRS points if the sibling is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and at least 18 years of age. Up to 15 points only may be awarded for this factor; that is to say, candidates with more than one sibling in Canada will be awarded 15 points in total, not 15 points per sibling.

The bank statements, as long as they can show that the funds have been on deposit for the prior three months, should be adequate proof of your settlement funds.
Still waiting for SINP decision, in process from February, 28. NOC 1225. No additional docs are requested. Just nothing for 3 months from "in process" and 5 months from submitting. Is anybody in the same situation, please share!
According to immitracker lots of January applicants are still waiting, but maybe they just don't update their records.

Yeah I read that somewhere about the 6 months. But previously 90% of SINP candidates got their nomination in less than 3 months. So I think there is something going on in the back door.
