Latest developments highlight that CIC want to take fewer applications till the end of October. This decision is taken to process FSW stream applications within 2 months and PNP applications within 4 months. Anyone who applied in July or onwards will benefit from this decision and hopefully, 80% of the applicants from July and August will receive PPR within this year.

The good news is that CIC will be able to deal with 2x more applications online by December which indicates their intentions to take scores lower than 400 in the first quarter of 2018.

They don't need any standard format. They expect only all things clearly mentioned, like Name, Job Title, Job Duties, Job Duration, Timings - full type or Part time and number of working days in a week, Company Nature of Work, How many employees ( optional), must be on company letter head, signed and stamped by 2 Company officials with their Designation, Name, Contact number.

To show funds for OASIS for the last 3 months, Can we have to show 3 months bank statements ?? Means merge 3 different month bank statements in one pdf and then upload it?? For example, for this August month, we have to show May, June and July months statements and One more thing like in all these 3 months, the balance are different in all 3 months, which balance I have to show in OASIS profile or average of 3 months I have to show??? If you are Indian then your VO is NDVO. otherwise you will know automatically after getting MR. NDVO provides MR within 1-4 months. I got in 4 months.

4 Nov. 16 delivered at Sydney NS. 17 Jan. 17 got AOR. 09 Feb. 17 file transfered to NDVO. 08 June 17 got MR.

Hello Friends,

Have a question about proof of funds.

How can we claim the PF account balance as proof of funds? Following is the requirement from SINP website.

• Provident Funds (an official letter from the provident fund organization indicating the amount of funds that are accessible is required).

What is mean by amount of funds that are accessible? I have an account balance of 3.5 lacks as of today in my PF account. Can I show this entire amount as accessible?

Also will they accept if I send the proof of fund as email to SINP showing 3 months statements with the account balance on my application submit date?

This can be done by raising a RTI. You need a continuous follow-up to get this done. In my case it took 2 months for them to send a letter that the PF ac belonged to me. They have also attached the PF statement for which I have requested the details. That is what SINP is expecting.

I wrote am email to WES and here is their reply. My evaluation is already done and they are asking me to submit the documents again. I am confused now. If anyone have already done please help.

Please be advised that our Evaluators will need to review your documents first in order to confirm that information. You will need to apply for an upgrade and request for your documents to be submitted to WES.
