i have two more questions for u guys regarding the Length of Residency:

For example, if i worked abroad from Jan 1, 2012 to Jan 1, 2014 (2yrs) but during this time, i went home for a vacation for a total of 6 weeks.

1. Shall i deduct this from the 2 years? or just follow the 2 years?
My concern is that it is stated in the SINP online that:

Please ensure that the details you provide match the information you have provided on your Generic Application Form For Canada (IMM-0008) federal form.

But in IM0008, we are only allowed to enter the "From" and "To" and NO entries to explain for those leaves.

2. did you round it off to the nearest month? (For example, 1 year, 10.8 months to 1 year, 11 months)

one of my friend just complete the application and when he trying to submit the application, message or error showing " quota of 1000 applications is reached means cap reached to 1000. is it right ? (i dnt know the actual message wording)
or sinp system have some error.

Well , Another member confirmed the same, looks like Quota is reached.

Guys I am curious, if there are 200-300 applications under 2174, within the 1000 cap, will they really nominate all of them?

Yes my friend. They will nominate all applied and eligible applications. It is not important for them how many applicants applied in each NOC. If number of applicants in one NOC be higher than province's needs then they will eliminate that NOC from their future in demand list.

This is normal. Nobody gets confirmation mail

1. If you went on vacation for 6 weeks during your 2 year residency, your residency is still 2 years. So please enter 2 years and in IMM0008, enter details as "To" and "From". No need to explain the 6 week "going home" bit. Hope this is clear.

2. Yes, if the date field is not there for me to provide exact dates, I have rounded off to nearest month, when only option is to enter month and year.

Send an email to immigration@gov.sk.ca with your both application numbers and ask them to withdraw which one you like.

my application is now received state but i realized that i might made a mistake in my experience calculation. my exp is no 9+ and i should be getting 14 whereas i have mentioned 15 in my application.

will they reject my application ? should i submit again ? please suggest !!
