Please confirm if certified/notarized copy of the documents needs to be uploaded with the application as i have not certified this tons of documents.

Also pleas advise if colour scanning is required.

Only non-english documents need to be translated and notarized.

Thank you, If I were to create a username/password, is it only for creating a new application or I can also view the status by application #. Like how USCIS has a link just to check case status with receipt # which anyone can check.

Not Sure, Whether u are asking URL for checking case status for SINP or you already know. If u are aware of that URL where individual can see their case status, kindly share it.

Urgent help for submitting application. Is that ok If I go ahead and submit my application without submitting/filling up all Federal forms and POF? and Once my application is submitted and I have application number I will submit all missing form at the give email address?

Is that wise option?? Please suggest.

Nope,not a wise option, you should add all applicable Federal forms.

Guys- By mistake i submiitted the CLB 8 as my english language proficiency instead of CLB 7..but my overall score is still not less than 60..what shld i do..

Send an email to SINP with Application number and Name in the subject and ask them to correct it.
