Those who received AOR, keep looking your status online. It should change from "Application received" to "In Process". thats when we will know that they have started working on our applications. waiting to hear from first lucky one.

Good luck for your brother, i have a strong feeling that people who didn't get any message saying that CAP FOR SKILLED CATEGORY HAS BEEN REACHED, they will get AOR for sure !

Guys,

Pls do not post negative comments in forum. Let us stay positive. Those who have are still waiting for confirmation email they are still in the game unless individual receive written email communication from SINP.

Immigration Officer need to go through each and every before sending email confirmation and process takes its own time.

So just watch and wait.

I couldn't wait anymore, and I sent an e-mail asking SINP if I was within 250 ... At least I know that I am going to have a response in 2 business day

Thanks Sujwal and Sreeramp. I had contacted CIPS and they recommended a route for licence. However I did not specifically ask them if it is 'regulated' as from the Sask website under 'Is my occupation regulated' it is listed there.

I will therefore contact them and ask them to do a letter confirming I will be eligible for licence since the application guide has stated

'You must contact the provincial, national and/or industrial regulatory association before applying for nomination to verify that you will be licensed. Before nomination, the SINP will contact the appropriate regulatory body to ensure it has no objections to SINP nomination.'

HI GUYS!..I submitted my application January 3 my current status is "submitted..however I got an email from sinp immigration dated January 13, 2014 saying that a receipt email will be sent to me when SINP staff receives my application and this will take 1 – 2 weeks... ??? ??? ???
