Today they will certainly issue rejection letters as per their communication; hope there will be some AORs also.
Till 3rd Jan, they constantly communicate to try sometime later; they should have communicated "Due to technical difficulties, try try again 539 times".
Although they had updated only on 10th jan saying "The intake threshold for International Skilled Worker applications without job offers has been reached" the cap had reached on 3rd jan itself, but the update was done later as per their policy of updating on weekly basis. so what i think is there is less chances of getting additional AOR and for receiving nomination letter we must wait for more 2/3 months...

CIPS Saskatchewan has just replied to my email with the following: Good Day, The information technology sector is not regulated in the province, the information on the Saskatchewan Immigration website is incorrect.
However, CIPS Saskatchewan does regulate its membership and the designation please see the website addresses below. Our designation is recognized by some employers and may help with employment opportunities, but not necessarily guarantee you a job.

I might be wrong but personally i dont think aor simply means in safe zone. I mean people who got aor might be nominated as well, i think aor is just a normal process just to let applicant to know they received application, which doesnt guarantee whether or not you will be rejected or nominated. Well this is my opinion. My friend applied on student category, got his aor but later he wasnt nominated. So you dont worry still you have time, wait until sinp contact you.

i applied on 9th of jan and till now i didnt receive anything
in the website as of 10th jan the quota for the (without job offer) were reached ?
so am i accepted or not
and will i receive an email from them or not
