according to the reference document my point is 62. how they found my point is not enough. Can I ask them to confirm my details point? Or It will be a negative marking from them??

You can always ask for the reason behind your rejection. Raise a concern about the point calculation mismatches.

2) one year Masters from National University (3 years honors+1 year masters is calculated as 4 years of graduation from ECA)
3) one year diploma from private university (only this diploma is related to my last job experience)

May be they considered only the last diploma, which is 1 year and accounted 12 points for it. However you may submit request for the second review.

my occupation is 'Programmer' and my masters was in Zoology.
