My employer has applied under noc code 7311, and position maintenance specialist .but noc code 7311 is for milwright and technician grade , does it mean that after landing canada i have to work as a technician .I am a mechanical engineer with 7 yrs exp.
I have one more doubt , can we change our job after getting PR in pnp program

I received an e-mail which means I am Ineligible for Nomination Letter
Is there a thing I can do to fix the situation?

In enclosed letter was written"You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having
$19,000 CAD deposited and maintained for at least 3 months before application and
maintained throughout the immigration process."

the required settlement fund was about 12000 CAD not 19000 CAD.
At first place I had not having money deposited for 3 months in my account,Is that the reason of rejection?

please let me know the answer, I have got my result from SINP mentioned that "SINP-400-1 SINP Assessment Rating
Does not meet a minimum of 60 out of 100 points on the point assessment grid".

I am not clear what is the reason....

GUYZ .. .I APPLIED UNDER SINP WITH REGISTERED JOB OFFER ON 25TH SEP 2014. I RECEIVED DOC. UPDATE FROM DEM ON 12th OCT 2014 SUBMITTED 0N 27th OCT 2014. BUT TILL DATE NO REPLY. NOW I M AFRAID,,,, BECAUSE I HAD A PREVIOUS REFUSAL OF WORK PERMIT ON JAN 2014. REASON OF REFUSAL IS SAME;;;; U WON,T CAME BACK TO YOUR HOME COUNTRY. DOES IT HV ANY BAD IMPACT ON MY PR APPLICATION..BECAUSE ITS BEEN LIKE 6 MONTHS....MY NOC IS 6242...
