Its Sinp, what can we do now?? the funds were only less for a couple of weeks in june, and we also send bank statement again in January for last 5 months... we kept the funds till now. but they have rejected anyway

I have job offer letter from employer and job approval from sinp.... but my employer cant issue employment letter right now and it will take 2-3 more months and dont have much time as my work permit expires soon..... no you cant apply without job letter
they will ask and if your dont provide .i dont think so they will process.
i alredy submitted despite they asked me to provide latest one on time
of doc request
i m pretty sure about it.
my sister-in-law's application has been rejected because of insufficient funds didn't remain not stable during the whole process
got rejection email today from sinp. without job offer, 2nd January 2014 applicant.

very sad news , my friends applied on 2nd jan 2014 in international skill worker , and they received rejection latter today , and reasons is same, You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having
$24,500 CAD deposited and maintained for at least 3 months before application and
maintained throughout the immigration process

and also asked them in Dec about the status of application and re-applying on Jan 2015.. but got reply that you cant send another application till this one is in processing... else could have applied again.... totally unfair.
