here is my timeline
skilled cagegory applied on 6th may 2014
with job approval and job offer

doc request 20 sept and submiteed same day

another doc request 22nd sept and submitted same day

26 sept status from waiting on applicant to in process again

nominated today.

my sister-in-law's application has been rejected because of insufficient funds didn't remain not stable during the whole process
got rejection email today from sinp. without job offer, 2nd January 2014 applicant.

they asked in last week of June 2014 , and submitted on 7th Aug 2014.

Its really strange the way SINP works! Because if they asked document update on June 2014 anf received updated document on August 2014 then why they kept that file until now?! If they really wanted to reject that file then they could send rejection on September and in this way applicant could re apply in SINP2015 instead of waiting! I think this way of working is not fair at all.

Refusal after a long wait, it hurts. Could you tell me that the last bank statement he provided wasn't stable already? If yes, than why didn't they refuse straightway then!? or it was okay than but later they made enquiry to the bank and found it went below minimum?

Could any one help on SINP settlement funds query?

Is it mandatory have all the funds from single account only and from just one bank? or if i have 14700$ in different accounts(But on same principle accnt holder name) do they gonna accept it???

Kindly help me on this. I appreciate your help.

It is OK if you have your funds in different Accounts/Banks.

Its Sinp, what can we do now?? the funds were only less for a couple of weeks in june, and we also send bank statement again in January for last 5 months... we kept the funds till now. but they have rejected anyway

and also asked them in Dec about the status of application and re-applying on Jan 2015.. but got reply that you cant send another application till this one is in processing... else could have applied again.... totally unfair.
