What do you mean in RO? I should have already lived in Canada for 2 years? OR I should have enough time left to live in Canada for 2 years? Can I sponsor a spouse now? I have a buffer of 43 days.

In the first 5 years you must be able to meet the 730 days out of 5 years since landing to be considered compliant with your RO. Yes you can sponsor as spouse as long as you keep meeting your RO until your spouse lands in Canada.
