I haven't been able to set up my tracker account either. It keeps showing an error for me too.

Are you sure you already did not receive AOR email? Spam email folder?

Submitted on September 16th and still waiting for AOR. As per IRCC they are currently giving AOR’s for the applications received before September 11th.

If you have already checked your spam folder, you can raise a webform for inquiry if you like. Nothing else you can do other than waiting at this time. FYI- My AOR took 22 days to arrive.
