I have a quick question. For example: My translated stamp shows 28 August however I was in Saudi until 12:15 am (departing time) which becomes 29 August and I used 29 August as exit date from home where it asks to provide reasons if you visited more than one country. Would that be okay?

You have existed the country once you have stamped your passport, despite your flight time

You'll need to wait for 2-5 business days for the application to reflect in the tracker. Only then can you be able to create a tracker. It's always written on the website when you get the error message.
