I got this update on my tracker this morning,

“We received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.”

I never got ADR, didn’t call them or send webform and still haven’t gotten my BIL even after 4 months though I order my gcms note last month and still haven’t gotten it.

It's their way of communicating within their own agencies. For example : they might have ordered your security clearance from CBSA and it's IRCC saying to CBSA : “We received the information you sent us. We’ll review it and let you know if we need any other information from you.” It's not a very sophisticated system, which is why you're seeing it on the front end. Don't worry too much!

Hello everyone,

I received an email to create an account in the portal for receiving eCoPR. I uploaded my photo and submitted it on January 14th. My declaration of presence in Canada has been accepted, but my mailing address and photo are still under review.

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to receive the eCoPR after this stage?

Did you get your COPR details updated too? My friend has got his COPR details but so far only Background and Eligibility got updated on Jan16th. AOR was Sept.21st

Hi guys, any idea about authenticity of ircc call agent. Does they provide accurate information about your file. Actually, my tracker hasn’t updated since medical but as per agent call my eligibility is completed except security part in background check. PVO EDMONTON AND SVO SYDNEY that’s what he told me about location.

After a long time I have one update today. Eligibilty in the tracker changed to Completed, I have not seen it any time In progress though.

No update since then untile today suddenly eligibility changed to completed from not started.
Background verification: Still In progress in tracker
