Something happened with GCKey account.

On Home page it showed Application Updated.
But nothing changed inside.
I didn't got any email also.

I'm not sure if your GCkey gets updated if you call. I thought it's only the PR tacker that gets updated with a message below.

I logged in again in my GCKey account and it again shows 'Application/profile updated' but there are no changes inside.

Don't stress over it too much. Did you see any changes in GCkey/tracker later?

After a long time I have one update today. Eligibilty in the tracker changed to Completed, I have not seen it any time In progress though.

Express Entry- CEC Inland
ITA: July 17th
AOR: September 14th
Medical Passed: October 30th
BIL: October 30th
Biometric Completed: November 5th
Medical passed: November 8th
No update since then untile today suddenly eligibility changed to completed from not started.
Background verification: Still In progress in tracker

I do not know my VO.

MY Background verification changed to Complete yesterday. Also, Complete for my spouse. However, eligibility not started for spouse.

Eligibility for spouse will always show as Not Started even after you get your PR. They complete the eligibility of both the principal applicant and dependent accumulatively under the eligibility of the principal applicant. Next would be FD and then P1. Congratulations!

All updates are in tracker, not sure which office as I have not called

You can only get to know about your PVO and SVO after calling them!
