Finally the P1 email this morning. Now, I am not sure if its P1 or something else.
The subject of Email says Permanent Resident portal confirmation.

Also, I replied to the same email with all the info they requested like eye color, address, name and height and also last time I entered Canada and the first time.

I am not sure what to do..

I spoke with my consultant and they said that we can write a Letter of Explanation for that.
Brother don't worry just put the Tax letter from your online CRA account (you can download it). And you can print out the bank statement from last 6 months that shows your Canadian job paying you the bi-weekly. From my opinion just ask them to write a letter stating you started work this date and you are doing these duties and if they have question they can contact HR or the company's email.

That's good idea..

Thanks for help

Yes... Letter of Employment..

I am worried about T4..
Our company has policy to send it on Last day of Feb. Only..
And IRCC has given me only 2 weeks notice.

Are you a CEC applicant? Did you previously include a full year of CEC payslips or bank deposit records in your application? You should have ordered your GCMS notes earlier to understand the actual issue, especially since you knew you were on RR.

If your employer requires additional time to prepare all the necessary documents, you should submit a web form requesting an additional two weeks to obtain the ROE or T4 from your employer.

Also, make sure your NOC code duties match with IRCC's website.

Yes, I am CEC applicant
I already applied for GCMS notes since i came to know about RR on my eligibility.(I will get it around the end of Feb )

I already submitted all required documents for my current job but they might want to see if I am still working there. As I applied for PR just 3 months after joining my current job.

How you came to know about RR required on eligibility through phone agents? If so, does they have authentic information about our applications?

In my case i can say that agent had correct information.
We mostly get ADR if eligibility has been marked as RR by case analyst.

Could you use a minute to prove your timeline?

It's better to call them and ask because the update could have been a generic update for all you know!

but like my question is if they ask for a document i m thinking it be the last thing they are making sure if they need to review 2 3 things they might ask for 2or 3 adr at the same time. means after this i didn't get adr for any other thing.

You can receive ADR at any point during your application is in process. There's no specific amount.

if for a adr request it says This must be received at office by 2025/02/06 so that means we have until feb 05 to submit it or we can submit it on Feb 06 also

If the ADR request states, "This must be received at the office by 2025/02/06," it means the office must physically or electronically receive it on or before February 6, 2025.
  • If you are submitting by mail or courier, ensure it arrives by February 6—not just sent by then.
  • If you are submitting online or via email, you can usually do so on February 6 before the deadline closes (check the time zone if applicable).
  • If submitting in person, verify office hours to ensure it is received on time.
To be safe, it’s best to submit it by February 5 to avoid any last-minute issues
