Finally I got an update on my GC key saying “February 1 2025 you passed the medical exam” this a medical exam I did since Nov 11th and showed completed on my tracker on Nov 13…. I’m excited just seeing “profile updated”

Hopefully, they work on the other sections swiftly now!

Does Ircc agents are trustworthy source for knowing applications status? One day they told me eligibility passed and next day eligibility recommended passed, everytime they contradicts over their response.

PR application has 2 stages of Eligibility check.
1st is done by Case Analyst and he/she can only recommend pass if everything looks good.

Case analyst do not make any decision. They just provide their opinion.

That means your eligibility is "Passed" by analyst and he is 'recommending to pass' your profile

Hi guys, it been almost 5 months since my AOR and today my eligibilty changed from not started to in progress on tracker. but for my spouse its still not started. can someone give me how much it takes to complete it and get FD?

mine is PNP EE AOR sep 12 My eligiblity just got in progress on 31 jan and on same day i got ADR about the inclusion of spouse cause i got married in between my Pnp application in procress so they send me questions about me and my spouse .

I think resharing T4 and Bank Statement should be ok. You can also get the statement stamped from your bank

Regarding LOE - is it the reference letter you're referring to?

Yes... Letter of Employment..

Our company has policy to send it on Last day of Feb. Only..
And IRCC has given me only 2 weeks notice.

Firstly I think it's pretty common and expected that's it's unlikely that you'll have 2024 T4

You can share that in an LoE with IRCC sharing the email conversation with your employer mentioning the same.

Moreover, can't you get record of employment (ROE) from service Canada? It's my understanding you can download it online as well

Moreover is something missing in your reference letter? Hopefully, the Noc duties / Noc employment requirements match.
