Yes, recieved medical request today as well. Finally received some good news so hopefully it won't be much longer for the other processes to be completed.
Why are medical request average days are so high so September applicants. PA in my case is Bangladeshi and still waiting on Medical Request or any movement since Jan 26 when they updated BG and Eligibility to In Progress. Anyone has any suggestions to get some updates or movement? Biometrics are completed and applied Sep 18, 2023
New member here. Hi all!
My case: I'm the PA - , UK British
Husband is French-Canadian, lives in Quebec, Canadian Citizen
Timeline so far as I only applied last month (phew.... so many documents to upload! lol):
Date submitted: 28 Feb 2024
Date of AOR: 15 March 2024
I guess 15 days turnaround isn't bad. I did check my documents about a million times before I uploaded though and threw in more "supporting document" information than they probably would need!
The downside obviously is it takes FAR longer to get permanent residency in Quebec than it does in mainland Canada, but I'm ready for the long haul. At least being British I have an ETA so I can visit for 6 months at a time.
