Oct fellow here. Besides the recent 4-5 weeks delay from delivered to AOR, I also noticed they sending arbitrarily AORs early (in 1-2 weeks) to singles and online applicants. Fingers crossed, they should have dealt with AORs for Sept and Oct folks b4 holloween. Lets see! Mine is family,paper, delivered on 4th Oct, I was expecting by 20th but nada.

Now paper applications AORs stop on SEP 15 to 20 .but I see OCT online applications are getting AOR . I don't know why they are doing in this way.

Exactly I was referring to Oct applicants specifically, hence recently. May be chasing some eApps target, boh!

IRCC has figured that we all have been able make sense of the sequencing / timelines, so it is now doing stuff in completely random and arbitrary manner! challenging us......

I would say if it has been more then two weeks since your documents were delivered you will eventually get AOR. When they returned my application for no good reason i got it back the very next week of them receiving it. Resent all the same documents again and got AOR after 30 days. these agents are just taking their mandatory 6 hour break each day between 9am to 5 pm.
