I tried it few minutes ago, it's working fine for me

Yeah, the tracker still gives me the error, nearly 100 hours after i got AOR :-/ Pasted UCI (no hyphen) and Application No directly from email.

Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

my application was delivered on Sept 16th and got AOR on October 21st

I was able to register for the online tracker , but it shows application filed date as Sept 20th. What does that mean? They started processing my application on Sept 20th?

It means what it says, it was received at Sydney on Sep 20th. They'll then triage it and forward it to your local office. These dates are meaningless until you get the background check completed.

No necessarily “it means what it says” my friend

If you read what I said, my app was delivered on Sept 16th not Sept 20th and ecas says they received it to their office Sept 16th. However I got my AOR on Oct 21st. Does that mean they started to process my application on Sept 20th?
