Hi... Could you please update that my Background verification status has been updated to Completed? Thanks in advance.

1. They want to verify if whatever trips you disclosed in the physical presence calculator is true.

2. You have to provide ALL pages of ALL passports that were valid during your 5 year eligibility period.

Would they not have that info already? When I left Canada and when I came back? Seems like a duplication of work and waste of time.

I'm a Nov-2020 applicant. My processing centre is Mississauga. DM is on 14-September-2021. I see many Sept-2020 applicants have ceremonies in 2022 which is a huge lag..

Shall I expect delays between DM and Oath ceremony?

No, they won't. CBSA started recording exits from the country by air only after June 2020. So, they won't have any information about the exits from the country.

Congrats! I have updated the spreadsheet.

Discover Canada is the main resource. Read the entire book at least once.

Okay, Something strange happened on my tracker. I got a ghost update with today's date, but my oath ceremony bullet point was marked as "new". Although it had the same date (jan 17th). Does this mean I might get a new oath date?

Oath set to in progress Sept 15.

Scheduled for oath ceremony March 16, 2022.

P.S. I got passport pages request on August 12 and I mailed it and it was delivered on August 16. So exactly 1 month ago, don't know if there is any significance to that.

Congratulations! Please post an update once you receive the oath invite email (would likely happen about a week or two before the ceremony date)

Well, not sure but there is a non-zero possibility of that happening. But don't worry, there are no reports on the forum suggesting this is happening frequently. Even if it does happen, the # of occurrences might be very scarce.

been 1.5 months.. I put in 2 requests to change address and still not done.. that's how proactive IRCC are on our files.

Saw an update this morning on Ecas. Oath ceremony on Dec 11 but haven't received an email yet so not sure yet. Can anyone tell how long does take to get the email . @ Raj : please update the tracker . Status changed on Ecas on Sep 15th . Thanks
