Hi all,
I also called CIC today and unfortunately they didn't have any records of me meaning they haven't even opened it yet. I'll probably call again in a few weeks time.
Hi Guys,
I sent my application (along with my wife's and 2 children's) in the beginning of September for the second time (by the first time they sent our application back because of a missing birth certificate of my son). We still haven't received AOR which worries us a lot. I've seen here that some of you guys can track your application over ECAS. Some others - as much as I could understand - were informed per letter sent via regular mail about their AORs. I tried with my UCN over ECAS to see whether we have AOR but there was no information about our citizenship application.
Are they going to update ECAS when they process our AOR? Or will they send us a regular mail with a letter of AOR? Or do they inform us per email? Which one? How do they inform the applicants about their applications? Can anybody please help me better understand this system?
With this opportunity I wish you all a healthy year and good luck for your journey.
Best regards.
Matt
