Did you get any GU (update on profile/email) recently ?

I witnessed 3 ghost updates until Dec second week but no ghost update after that until I called yesterday to know the status.

Hey guys, I see a lot of comments mentioning they called IRCC to know their application status, how do you contact them? And what do you ask once you get connected?
I tried and all it tells me is an automated message with the same updates I’m seeing on my CIC account. How do you get to the agent to get more info?

After hearing autromated message on your profile status, wait for few seconds. And it will again ask to press '0' if you want to speak to a CIC agent. If they connect you to CIC agent then you are lucky, otherwise better luck next time.
