After AOR - When you send a new passport pdf, do you attach Letter of Explanation with saying, its been renewed outside of home country and haven't visited home country since last PCC issued (just to show that PCC is not attached)?

I don't think so because if you renew your passport outside your home country the place of issue will show current city like Toronto.

Would it be possible for you to provide only the officer note section? usually they don't include personal and classified information in it.

What document is it?
My aor is October but if it helps, I have been requested rcmp police clearance on November 20th.
Still not updated in my profile. Ircc confirmed on the phone they received it. Gscm notes received last week and no update so far for this document....
