Did you try to search for your application on ecas ?
I didn’t receive an AOR but i was able to find my application on ecas this morning and

What did you select under "Identification Type" to look up your application?

My application was received on the 16th September, I did not receive anything yet although people form same date and after have received AOR?
should I be worried? Is this normal?
Can you guys provide me with the contact number and extension so I can call them?

I chose Receipt number IMM5401

On the receipt when you paid your fees you have a barcode with a number that starts with a letter under it .. you should use this number

I received AOR1 but I was unsuccessful linking the application. I tried the online tool and was able to find it. So I might be doing this wrong. Does the sponsor needs to link the application or the principal applicant ?
