Do you know if there is anything I can do to double check if I received that email or not? Is there a number to call? and if there is, will they be able to answer my question?

To all the experts out there!

I had called CIC on the 9th and was told my application was approved. I decided to send an email to NDVO, Ottawa and NYVO along with raising the CSE. Today I got a reply from Ottawa with the following content:

Good day,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please note that your application has not been approved by our office. I would recommend that you submit your inquiry via the IRCC web form:https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Now, I am confused whether my application is really approved or Ottawa is just trying to say that my file is not with them and I should rather open the CSE?. BTW my file is currently at Sydney NS.

Any help/guidance is much appreciated.

I am so tired of going to my office now.
Each day seems so hard these days.
I expected to receive PPR in December.
January is about to end now and still no news.

BGC: IP2 since the medical passed.
PPR: 17/01/2019

Almost 4 months to get the PPR. I hope all of you get the PPR soon!

I called CIC 10 days ago and the agent was nice person and told me congratulations that my profile is approved and I shall wait for the officer to prepare and send me the PPR email. now 10 days left and no PPR email neither any update at my profile.

I hear there's PPR rain now but I guess i'm not lucky enough

Does anyone knows when I shall receive it?
