I am also September applicant. I applied my PR on Septmeber 20th 2013. In my GCMS note, it is showing the final status as "Approve". However, I have not received my PPR yet.
If you do not mind, can you please let me know the officer to whome the application has been assigned when you received your PPR. You could see that either in GCMS note1 or in PPR mail I guess. It would be something like NS05229.
My envelop reached them on 8th Oct and the return envelop had been activated on 24th Oct. Your package reached them on 10th Oct. So let us hope your return envelop will be activated today.

Thanks a lot Jalex23. The moment they see "Kunishsa", they knew that this guy is so special VIP and should get anything with a special treatment and not like any other applicant
I just checked my PPR email which doesn't have any information related to the officer. I hadnt applied for GCMS notes. Is there any alternate way I can figure out this information?
Thanks for the information. I thought that the officer name will be there in the e-mail signatirure section. Because, for every intimation e-mail, ususally the officer name will be there something like JP5777 or NS05229 in the e-mail signature section.
Folks we landed yesterday at Lewiston Queenston Bridge
Thanks for all the guidance and support for past 1 yr and 2 months
We left around 8:30 PM. No crowd what so ever
Surprising - We had US visas, but the office at the primary, gave us the refusal letter and made us take a U-Turn
We did not even get out of our car
Infact in lewiston, we have an option to do a U-Turn before the US customs
Since we had Visas, we drove to USA and did not make the U-turn at that intersection
At canadian side, it was just 10 mins and we were out
Base on the 13-month rule, all the September 2013 applicants should get their results within this month. Is it true? Is there somebody still waiting for MR or PPR now?
13 months is the duration within which 80% of the applicants get to hear the final verdict from CIC. It can even take more time for others. I have seen few in this forum who have crossed that timeline and have been waiting for around 2 years. So lets hope for good.. you should be getting things done in time.
