Ok, I'll put it in the spreadsheet. No, only you apply for CEC and mention your spouse.
You spouses work experience does not count.

What's your country of origin and how're you gonna pay the application fee?
Online? Or you providing CC details in the application and have CIC charge your CC?
Hi Toby, Thanks for reply, I am from India, I have already Paid Application Fees Online through my Canadian Credit Card I felt it is much easier. I will attach the Receipt of Payment along with the application !!
Some people seem to have got their instructions to go for the medical, along-with the AOR? Does that really happen? If not, what is the average time gap between the AOR and the medical?
I have noticed from the timelines of most of the applicants under PNP getting the medical request within a week of AOR. I presume PNP processing is faster then CEC.

I had submitted my PR application under CEC category on 4th Sept, 2013. My application reached them on 9th Sept, 2013. I am now waiting for my AOR. Has anyone here in this thread had their applications reached CIO before 9th September (between 1st Sept and 8th Sept) ?
They will be the ones I am eagerly waiting to watch out here

Updated the spreadsheet with your file. Please let me know what NOC you applied under, the country of origin, the method of payment and the visa office you requested
These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six (6) consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.
