Need some help regarding the PR card timeline.

My family completed the PR process by landing via Detroit Windsor tunnel on Aug 29th 2014.
In Nov 2014, I received a letter from PR card processing center to give updated photographs of my spouse and daughter.
I sent them the photographs within a weeks time and haven't heard back from them.

I did not receive my PR cards yet and also not able to see the status in the ECAS.
The status was visible till a couple of weeks ago, but not anymore.
It was always shown as complete even when I got the request for photographs.

Please advise how to follow up for the PR cards.

Regards,
KB.

Hi Toronto 2013 - are you a Sept 2013 applicant? Why did it take so long for your PPR?

Yes I am a Sept applicant. CIC always gave the reason as background checks for the delay.
