I have my birth certificate in my native languages it will issue at my birth time at that time my name is not decided so they just put boy instead of my name so that will ok? or have to submit other document?

u have to get a new birth certificate or some other way. This wont be accepted by them

Good job..I already waited for 10 month and 11 days so withdrawing this point of time will be foolishness so i am waiting for rejectiin

Yes I agree. Just wait a couple months. They will have to finilize your application by one year anniversary give or take. So probably by end of november you will hear from them. Good luck.

what if i use that birth certificate with declaration with mention reason with notarize any lawyer in india?

My application is received at CIC Sydney on 6th of September,

I realized one thing that I missed to write name and date of birth on five pictures of mine and two other family members, dont know whether that will cause a return as incomplete,

I have paid through credit card form filled with application, its not yet charged so right now just keeping my fingers crossed.
