My application also has 1 dependent,( my spouse ) but she is not in canada and she is not being able to send her passport through courier internationally.

will there be any option of getting her visa stamped from the Canadian visa office of her country of residence.?

and would that delay my visa issuance too?

I think yes, you can get it issued it a different post but you also cannot land until all of you get your passport back with visas.

Completed landing without any problem. Was asked only for passport, CoPR and the current Work Permit! IO kept the current WP and stapled the CoPR to the PPs.
