Thanks p_sreenath, however since I am out of status now in Canada, so my options are:

1. Fly back to my home country and then fly to Canada and land @ airport POE.
2. Make U-turn at peace bridge and do the land there.

Does anyone know that when I do U-turn at peace bridge, will it clear my out of status situation ? Since option 1 I maybe questioned by CBSA when leave Canada ...

Man just found out that when I do U-turn at peace bridge, it *** will not clear *** my out of status situation. Technically I do not leave Canada if I just do U-turn at peace bridge. I need to do flag pole at peace bridge, thus technically left Canada to US. Not sure if US board officer will find out my status in Canada ...

So my best option maybe 1, fly back to my home country and then fly to Canada and land @ pearson airport.

I got an reply from the RCMP saying that my finger print status was checked and was send on 10th feb to the CPP ottawa. Don't know how much long to wait.

I am planning to land on COUTTS the US and alberta border. dose any one has experince landing at COUTTS ?

looks likely; same case waiting for PP back. My dependents are from visa exempt country but had to send PPs for them as well.

Yes, there is a photo on it. I will do landing on Sunday at Rainbow Bridge. Will let you know about my experience.

One question, if they are not asking for photo's, what photo does your CoPR have? is it one of the six that we have to send at the beginning of the application???

Hi Sreesanth,

My application also has 1 dependent,( my spouse ) but she is not in canada and she is not being able to send her passport through courier internationally.

will there be any option of getting her visa stamped from the Canadian visa office of her country of residence.?

and would that delay my visa issuance too?
