I received my 2nd AOR in July 2010, when I enter my details like name DOB, Country, Immigration File Number, E-cas gives an error, sent two case specific enquiries to CHC no revert yet, not sure what to do??? please advice
Just wait for little wile, they are doing some work on website, on 24th July Ecase will not be available for some time. I will advise to check again on Monday or Tuesday. Best of luck!!!
thanks for your reply, however the strangest part is that I have been trying to check E-Cas for the past 7 - 8 months it always gives me an error, tried a zillion times it never works. Although it looks fairly simple just the immigration file number starting with B which I got on my 2nd AOR, Name and country , I am not sure what's the issue I never got any info
