Dear Seniors,
I am from NDVO, I submitted my full docs in July 2010 and got my 2nd AOR in the same month. From then on I am trying to check the status of my application on e-cas but I alwayzzzzz get an error, hence so far I was never ever able to check the status of my application online, on the advice of some seniors in an earlier post I sent 2 case specific inquiries to NDVO, after 5-6 months after sending the CS, last month I got a reply from NDVO stating that "your application is not likely to be processed in 2012" without any answer about my e-cas issue, looks like NDVO didnt bother to read the CS query and just sent a standard mail.
What else can I do about the e-cas issue?, everybody else around me can check their status on e-cas except me, what do you think is the issue here? and how do I go about fixing it?
Please see below the error message I get everytime I enter my details on E-cas
