Dear Seniors,

I am from NDVO, I submitted my full docs in July 2010 and got my 2nd AOR in the same month. From then on I am trying to check the status of my application on e-cas but I alwayzzzzz get an error, hence so far I was never ever able to check the status of my application online, on the advice of some seniors in an earlier post I sent 2 case specific inquiries to NDVO, after 5-6 months after sending the CS, last month I got a reply from NDVO stating that "your application is not likely to be processed in 2012" without any answer about my e-cas issue, looks like NDVO didnt bother to read the CS query and just sent a standard mail.

What else can I do about the e-cas issue?, everybody else around me can check their status on e-cas except me, what do you think is the issue here? and how do I go about fixing it?

Please see below the error message I get everytime I enter my details on E-cas

hello senior
please i have also in the same problem for almost 12 months. i send inquiry to Nairobi VO twice and today they reply to me as follow:-

Good morning,
We have received enough federal skilled worker applications since February 27, 2008 to reach our immigration levels for the next two years. Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis. Therefore, few federal skilled worker applications received before February 27, 2008 will be processed this year or next.
You will be advised of next steps (including instructions for medical examination and outstanding documentation if any) once your file comes up for review. However, we are not able to give an exact indication as to when that will occur.

Not sure about others but I got a reply after nearly 5-6 months, but may be because the case was still under the timelines of 16 months for NDVO and may be they dont reply for cases which are still under the timelines.

However the delay in replying is just one aspect the second and the most critical one was the reply I received does not correspond to the query I had about my E-Cas issue, I got a reply that cases between Feb 2008 and June 2010 might not likely be processed in 2012 without any reference or mention of the E-cas issue for which I had sent the Case Specific query
