I was on the same boat (for 1 day). But just today I found my status back and its now "received by visa office and is now pending for review. Thank God.

god was not guilty for this situation, i guess... it was the weird IT system implemented at CIC. maybe, they need to open more NOCs from IT side.

mail to : Webmaster-CICNet@cic.gc.ca and express your concern. mention your file number, date of birth, full name (specify first and last names separately) and County of Birth in the mail.

They will look into the matter
