I applied for TRV (business travel) on November 14th and my application is in progress in New Delhi. Today, I checked in IMM5257E that I selected the Current country of residence as India and status as Permanent resident (I assume I have to choose Citizen as I born and staying in India). I applied for TRV in May 2015 and got approved for one year.
 
It will not be a problem if you gave your 'Country of citizenship' as India (Question 6)
